Adnam’s Copper House Gin is quite particular since it’s created out of malted barley from East Anglia. The Master Brewer Fergus Fitzgerald first creates a beer based on 6% alcohol without hops. Afterwards it is distilled until it has 85% alcohol and purified in a pot still while adding 6 botanicals.
Adnam’s Copper House Gin Tasting Notes
Adnam’s Copper House has a sweet nose with a straightforward presence of juniper. In the finish you might taste some earthly notes. This prestigious gin has been awarded with the winner’s trophy at the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
