Hidden behind its sixteenth century walls, the Ferme de la Cour has been distilling its passion for a job well done since 1946. This traditional know-how is reflected today in a 100% Belgian Gin. The distillation of fruits and typically Belgian plants in hammered copper stills gives Biercée Gin a fresh nose, a beautiful roundness in the mouth and plenty of character. Biercée Gin’s richness is due to its fresh fruits, berries, spices and flowers, but mostly to the imagination of the Master Distillers who assembled them with audacity and talent.
