An oblique bottle, because we don’t have to take life too serious all the time.
After distilling Vodka Dirk Van Peteghem and Manu De Cort decided to focus on Gin. Just like in Vodka they also decided to use the natural alcohol from potatoes to serve as the base of their product. They don’t use a neutral alcohol because they want you to taste the natural and biological origin of the product, in this case potatoes. Since their pot still is only 800 litres the production of every batch is rather small with 120 bottles of the product every week. So it’s fair to say tiny batch instead of small batch making this a very unique natural product.
In total this Gin contains 30 botanicals and all of them are distilled at once following the principles of the London Dry Gin. The Gin is also a very local product since it’s produced in the Flemish region called Pajottenland and they choose to use as many local and fresh botanicals as they can
