Ground Control’s – Two Gin has been developed together with Andy De Brouwer and Nico Corbesier from Hotel-Restaurant Les Eleveurs in Halle (BE), looking for a Gin that could match with their fish-courses. Next to the classical botanicals this Gin contains also Bergamot, Chinese Black Tea, Quechua pepper and Japanese Algaen.
The alcohol comes from the Jonagold Apples from the orchards around the Farm-distillery making their Two due to the combination of these fruity apples with the citrus of Bergamot, the briny taste of the Japanese Algaen and the Chinese Black Tea a real ‘globetrotter’.
