A gin out of the ordinary because instead of a neutral grain spirit the distillers prefer to use apple cider for their gin. The apples and botanicals are harvested in the area around the farm in Herefordshire and here they also produce their own Vodka which they use to distil with the organic Apple Cider.
After pressing their organically grown cider apples until it ferments to cider, they distil the liquid into their Naked Chase, which is afterwards distilled with eleven carefully selected and wild botanicals diluted with naturally pure water taken from the aquifer running underneath their cider apple orchards. For the Apples it doesn’t stop here, because the Bramley Apples which grow around the family farm are also added during the distilling process as a botanical.
The result is fruity but don’t mistake this for soft as the Williams Chase Elegant Crisp Gin is not a soft or flat spirit. It has a full body and enough spiciness to please any Gin lover. Since they only use their own spirits, their Gin can be called Britain’s only single estate Gin.
